Although we strive to accommodate every furry friend in need, we want to be transparent about our process. For new clients, we may not always be able to guarantee immediate availability, especially for emergency bookings. We need to screen and vet our clients. However, for those who have completed The Process, we do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Verification of Vaccine Records
We take the health and safety of every pet entrusted to us seriously. As part of our process, we will reach out to the veterinarian office you've designated or verify the records you've provided to us directly. Because health and hygiene is a two-way street, all dogs are expected to be up-to-date on their:

You will receive your own portal and account via email to complete some paperwork and request services based on your quote in the mobile APP or Online.
